The Eaton Hall vision
Eaton Hall Shooting Ground nestled in the Derbyshire countryside comprises of 80 acres of the very best clay shooting, rifle, air rifle, gunroom, tuition, café and corporate facilities. A premier plus CPSA ground.
Under new ownership and with a new name, Eaton Hall Shooting Ground is undertaking an extreme makeover. Syd, Amy, Sam, Clive and the rest of the team are bringing a whole new vision with major plans which will be carried out throughout 2025.
A brief overview of the plans for the ground, we are building a brand new state of the art 20,000 square foot clubhouse, renovation of the whole ground and new plans to introduce air rifle range, full bore rifle range undercover & heated up to 300 metres, running boar, additional skeet layouts, high towers, super sporting, compak and sporting layouts as well as a whole host more.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM JUNE 2025…
The opening of our new state of the art clubhouse, Tarmac roads throughout, level tarmac firing positions with new cages and bins, a new car park with increased parking capacity, an introduction of a new chef with food available each day from open until close, we are adding an additional skeet layout to the existing 6, new traps throughout the ground, membership packages with incredible benefits, a fleet of buggies available to hire, on site gunmakers/gunsmiths with a waiting while repair service. Additional ground staff to ensure all traps are full and in working order and the ground kept neat and tidy 24/7.

Clay shooting is the popular and growing sport of shooting flying clay targets with a shotgun. It’s safe, exciting, challenging and fun. Hitting the target requires skill, timing and hand-eye coordination, but there’s nothing quite like that feeling when you pull the trigger and see the target explode into a million pieces!
At Eaton Hall we aim to provide the very best in clay pigeon shooting facilities. Following this we have been awarded the CPSA Premier Plus status.
